Products, prices & payments
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and any optional charges are shown before payment. Standard US shipping is free, with no minimum purchase. PayPal is the planned online payment provider; available methods will be displayed at checkout once connected.
Product photos may look slightly different on different screens. Check measurements, included pieces, care instructions, and materials before ordering. We do not make solid-gold, gemstone, or hypoallergenic claims unless expressly verified for that product.
Orders
Provide accurate contact and delivery information and review your order before paying. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request. If we cannot fulfill an order because of an availability or pricing problem, we will contact you and refund any affected payment. We will not substitute a product or increase your charge without your agreement.
Shipping, returns & cancellations
Our Shipping & Returns policy explains dispatch, free US shipping, 30-day returns, return costs, refunds, and cancellation requests. Please review it before ordering.
Accounts & privacy
Keep your account sign-in details secure and contact us if you notice an unauthorized order. Our Privacy Policy explains the store’s handling of account, order, payment, and contact information.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. Contact us first if there is a problem so we can work toward a fair resolution.
Updates
We may update these terms for future orders. The terms and policies presented when you place your order apply to that order.
